My therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR therapy. This allows me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, helping clients develop practical skills, process difficult experiences, and build resilience in a supportive, collaborative environment. Currently, I provide telehealth services to adults (18+) across Missouri, Illinois and Florida (https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/).
